CONFERENCE: "ONE WORLD, MANY CRISES POLITICS, LAW, AND BEYOND"

The International Conference titled "One World, Many Crises Politics, Law, and Beyond" was successfully held on March 7th and 8th, 2024, at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

The conference was organized by the Institute of European Integration and Policy, the Center for Research on Democracy & Law, and the COST Action 'Global Atrocity Justice Constellations'.

Team members of the Institute of European Integration and Policy and the UNESCO Chair on Climate Diplomacy participated in the conference, including Professor Emmanuella Doussis, Assistant Professor Antonia Zervaki, Dr George Dikaios, and Dr Othon Kaminiaris. More specifically, Prof. Doussis chaired the panel on "Climate Change and Cultural Property Protection"; Asst. Prof. Zervaki presented a paper titled "Climate change and CPP: A view from the UNESCO Chair in Climate Diplomacy team"; Dr Dikaios chaired the panel on "Greece and Crises", supported also by the Greek Politics Specialist Group; and Dr Kaminiaris presented a paper on "Underprepared, underfinanced or both? Mapping climate adaptation efforts in disaster-stricken Greek regions".
