1. Under the auspices of the UNESCO Chair on Climate Diplomacy the continuation of the following research programmes will take place:

• Monitoring International Environmental Practice
• Observatory for climate change in South-East Europe

2. Collaboration between the UNESCO Chair and the Hellenic Forum for Sustainable Development: Mapping the implementation of the SDGs in Greece

3. Ongoing doctoral research under the auspices of the UNESCO Chair:

• Ion Vallianos, on the externalities and the sustainability of the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) of the European Union.
• Othon Kaminiaris, on the impact of the EU on the states inclueded in the European Neighbourhood Policy to develop climate policies.
• Nikoleta Dabanovic, on the adaptation and just transition strategies of the Southeast European states.
• Nadia Vassileiadou, on how the European media perceive and present climate change issues.
• Dafni Karatza, on the influence of the carbon tax on climate policy.

4. Completed doctoral research under the auspices of the UNESCO Chair:

• George Dikaios (2022) Normative without power: Internal and external EU climate diplomacy towards the IMO and the ICAO (Athens: National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).

5. Ongoing post-doctoral research under the aegis of the UNESCO Chair:

• George Dikaios - European port policy and climate regulations: Responsibilities, jurisdiction and implementation in Greece.

6. Collaboration between the UNESCO Chair and diaNEOsis: Just transition to the post-lignite era. (powerpoint presentation in Greek). 

7. Collaboration between the UNESCO Chair with ELIAMEP on the development of the Climate Change Hub. Presentation of the Climate Change Hub with the participation of Prof. E. Doussis and Dr G. Dikaios

8. Collaboration between the UNESCO Chair with The Green Tank on a policy paper titled: Hydrocarbon extraction vs Offshore wind: Can Greece become a green energy hub in the Mediterranean?
