Nikoleta Dabanovic is a PhD candidate at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her doctoral research is focused on the implementation of the EU Climate Policy regarding mitigation and just transition and falls under the UNESCO Chair on Climate Diplomacy. Since February 2021 is also a Junior Research Fellow at the Institute of European Integration and Policy.
She holds the bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from the University of Novi Sad as well as the master’s degree in European Integration Law from the same university. In 2019, she completed the master’s Programme in Southeast European Studies: Politics, History, Economics. Her working experience include working both in the public and private sector in the fields of education and sustainable development.
